Skillset Requirements:

1. Experienced in Xceptor application development skills as well as multiple design techniques

2. Working proficiency in Xceptor development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software

3. Understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks

4. Understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security

5. Proficiency in .Net or other general purpose programming languages is a bonus

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Technical Leads, Business and other stakeholders to understand requirements.

2. Understand problem statement and accordingly provide solutions.

3. Assist Business in Documentation (e.g., BRD's), Accesses, UAT & Prod Parallel till Project Go Live

4. Detailed process evaluation & documentation as per standards

5. Effective communication on project status updates to relevant stakeholders on a periodic basis

6. Work on Agile methodology and Project life cycle model

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of development experience on Xceptor
