Criteria

Fresher recruitment in WIPRO criteria are
*Qualification eligibility B.E, B.Tech and 5 years Integrated M.tech only
*Branches of all streams accepted
*Only the current passed out students are eligible
*Above 50% in 10th, 12th and 60% in Graduation
*No backlogs are allowed
*Education gap for 2 years is allowed for valid reason

Written Exam

This is the first round of the recruitment process. Written exam is to check the ability, Way of thinking of the candidate. They have 5 rounds in written exam

  1. Quantitative Aptitude
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. Verbal Ability
  4. Coding
  5. Essay Writing

Quantitative Aptitude

This section has questions from Time and work, Percentage, Algebra, Speed and Distance, Arithmetic, Profit and loss, Geometry. It has 18 questions and to be solved in 20 minutes

Logical Reasoning

This is to check the thinking ability. Questions will be from Blood Relation, Code and Decode, Puzzles, Data Sufficiency, Data Interpretation, number series and has 16 questions should attended within 18 minutes

Verbal Ability

This is to check English knowledge. Question will be from Synonyms and Antonyms, Jumbled Sentence, Error identification, Sentence Improvement, Tenses and Article, speech and voice and Reading Comprehension. Total number of questions is 22 should be solved within 18 minutes

Coding

Candidates should have basic knowledge about subject concepts. Questions will be from C, C++, JAVA, Programming. Though the number of questions is 2 but the mode of the question will be difficult.

Essay Writing

For Essay writing candidates are provided with a situation or scenario and they are requested to write between 200-400 words

Technical Interview

After Written exam selected candidates can attend Technical Interview. Candidates should have basic knowledge about their subjects and programming language. Candidates will be asked to solve program or write program manually. Questions will from related topics.

HR Interview

This is the final round of Fresher recruitment in WIPRO. Questions mostly will be from the details mentioned in your resume. See to that all the information mentioned are true to your knowledge.

Candidate receive their call letter after their recruitment process
