Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain Symantec Endpoint Protection SEP Antivirus solution deployed in the client location.
- Should be well versed with OEM's on TrendMicro, Symantec and Senthilone.
- Maintain Symantec Advanced Threat Protection ATP (EDR) solution deployed in the client location.
- Ensure timely AV updates for the entire client infrastructure for SEP clients
- Upgrade SEP and ATP (EDR) solution based on client approval from time to time
- Resolve issues faced by the client on the SEP and ATP (EDR) solution as per SLA
- Coordinate with the OEM to escalate tech support issues and resolve them as per SLA signed with the client.
- Share reports on SEP and ATP (EDR) to the client as per agreed frequency
- Address issues raised by end users and other departments in a timely manner as per SLA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Designation: Technical support engineer
Location: Chennai
Shift: No Night shift. But, rotational shift between 8 AM and 8 PM
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Education: Engineering graduate.
Certification: MCSE or MCP or CCNA

B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
