Roles and Responsibilities -
Troubleshooting routers and hubs and resolving technical queries for the international customers via phone.
Provide L1-support for home Networking devices, printers, PC, windows relate.
No Direct Walk-ins.

Knowledge in installing OS and connected peripheral like Routers, Printers Drivers
Flexible to work in Night shifts with rotational weekly off s.

Should have basic knowledge on Technology.
