Job description
Job Title: ServiceNow Testing
- Broad IT experience in ServiceNow Testing.
- Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations) Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
- Testing experience on Service Catalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration.
- Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB).
- Knowledge of test automation using ATF.
- Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
- Knowledge on automation tools such as ATF, Selenium, QTP is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of REST API's.
