Job description:
Required Candidate profile:
HSC or Graduates or Fresher's or Experienced or DRA Certified Professionals
Good Communication
Language : Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada/ Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Gujarati (Any language) with Good English Communication .
DRA Certified
Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
Excellent knowledge of the English language - Preferred
Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems - Preferred.
Ability to switch communication styles
