Lead - IT Infra Delivery
Location: Chennai, Mumbai
Position Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 10 or more IT infrastructure professionals
- Provide complete infrastructure management services including cloud computing, information security and user support
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and availability of IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage and networks
- Implement best practices and industry standards for infrastructure management and data security
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations related to IT infrastructure management
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including experience in cloud computing and information security
- Strong project management skills and experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of 10 or more IT professionals
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to IT infrastructure management and information security
- Experience working with multiple clients in a consulting or professional services organization
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or PMP would be an added advantage.
