Immediate Openings for IT Recruiter
QUALIFICATION: Any graduate (Technical background preferred)
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years as Recruiter in IT staffing
Notice period - Immediate.
LOCATION: Chennai near Mogappair.
KEY REQUIREMENTS -
Proven work experience of minimum 2+ years as a Recruiter in a IT staffing recruiting organization
Must have worked on C2H positions
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Familiarity with Job Portals & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Well versed and experienced with full life cycle of recruitment process starting from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validating to acceptance of offer to final placement.
Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Should be able to understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
Training and mentorship of new team members.
Search, evaluate, analyze and source technical profiles from various job portals, own Database, References, and Head Hunting, social and professional networking websites.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Design and drive employee referral programs.
Perform other special projects as assigned.
