French Support Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a French Support Specialist to join our Delivery & Operation team. This role will oversee resolving support tickets and coordinating project implementation in France. Candidates with outstanding communication skills in French are the ideal fit for this position.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle Incident tickets.
- Make sure all L1 tickets get closed and validated before closing.
- Take ownership and coordinate for L2 Tickets to get them closed.
- Follow standards and correct tagging of Tickets while writing closing.
- Interact regularly with clients and takes care of Support activities.
- Reduce the Overdue/Pending ticket numbers by following up with internal /customers to get the ticket closed.
- Help in Data Migration activities.
- Help in Database Maintenance for Azure and In-house customers.
- Handle Customer Escalations gracefully while maintaining empathy for the Customer.
- Should learn Karomi Product Installation and Hands-On the same.
- Deployment to be done as per the project need and Work closely with customers during the implementation of our solution.
- Keep up to date on Karomi Product knowledge.
- Give KT to the testing team for new features or changes made for the Project.
- Regular updates on the Project progress status to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with marketing & design teams and communicate business learnings from the French Market
- Translate all essential marketing, project management, product related documents from English to French and vice versa.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent speaking & writing skills in French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education
B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
M.Tech in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
