Temporarily remote

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 a month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service representative who is proficient in written and oral communication. He/ she must be empathetic and must have intellect to understand customers and their issues.

Work from Home:

We are now working from home, however, we will soon start working from office. (1 or 2 Months down the line)

Shifts followed:

7AM to 4PM - Morning Shift

9 AM to 6 PM - General Shift

1 PM to 10 PM - Afternoon Shift.

We are in plans of implementing night shifts as well but that will happen at a later stage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Customer service via Email, Chat or calls in a timely manner

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls / chats /emails. databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Responding promptly to customer inquiries by knowing products inside and out.

Collaborate with immediate team-members, other customer service teams and other company departments to ensure superior customer experience

Follow company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

Must Haves:

Willingness to work in flexi shifts (Including night shifts)

Willing to work 6 days (flexible week-off)

1-3 yrs experience in customer service role

Ability to use multiple sources for Information

Fluency in language written and spoken in English and Hindi

Must be a graduate in any field.

Nice to have:

Ecommerce background preferred
