Job Description:
1. Experience in AR Calling.
2. Sound Knowledge In END TO END RCM Process in medical billing.
3. Experience in Insurance calling. Patient calling an added advantage.
4. Knowledge of MS Office, typing speed 35+ WPM.
5. Preferable in an International call-center experience on a transaction based process in the Insurance/Healthcare.
6. Ability to Work in a Team, Willing to take challenges. Good Team Player.
7. Ready to Assist and Share Knowledge with Others.
8. Flexibility to work in a 24x7 workspace.
9. Graduate.
