Criteria
Fresher Recruitment in HCL criteria are
*BE/B.tech fresher preferably from streams CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, Software.
*Fresher recruitment in HCL should have atleast 60% in 10th, 12th and in their graduation.
*Freshers should be current year passed outs
*Maximum of 1year gap is permitted with valid reasons
*Freshers should not have any backlogs during the time of recruitment

HCL -Aptitude Test
Like all other aptitude test fresher recruitment in HCL should focus on mathematics, Logical and English vocabularies. In addition they have technical Aptitude as well in the first round.

Weightage and Time allotment
For Quantitative Ability number of questions will be 15 and the alloted for this is 15 mins. You should able to complete within 15 mins. Difficulty of the question type will be medium.
For logical, English verbal, technical aptitude and General knowledge number of questions will be 15 and should be solved within 15 mins. Difficulty of the question type is medium expect for General Knowledge for GK it will be Low.
Group Discussion
This round would be critic because many of them will be participating you should come up with a unique point since its an eliminating process. Don’t wait for someone to call out your name. Speak out when you have a valid point. Understand the topic and place your points if you are not sure about the topic listen to others points for a while and get idea about the topic. Don’t interrupt anyone in the middle
Technical & HR Interview
After GD next process is Technical interview and final is HR interview. Candidates will be shortlisted in the final round. Fresher recruitment in HCL are expected to have basic knowledge about their subject and programming language.

Candidates who has cleared the process will receive offer letter in a week.
If the name is not listed, they can appear again for Fresher recruitment in HCL again after 6 months. If they couldn’t attend the interview they are allowed to apply again HCL.
Documents Needed
Freshers should submit their documents before joining for verification purpose
- Copy of an updated resume
- Original mark sheet of 10th 12th and Course completion Certificate of your college
- Recent passport size photo
- Photocopy of any Government ID proof i.e Aadhar card, Pan Card, Voter ID etc
